Civil rights legislation has been dismantled by figures like Edward Blum and the Supreme Court, leaving us vulnerable. We can no longer rely on the government to solve our problems. This initiative is private and secure, designed to protect our financial future from external threats. Through collective investment in real estate and other strategic projects, we are creating the future we deserve.
Reviving R&B
For generations, R&B has been the heartbeat of Black culture, telling our stories, expressing our love, and capturing the soul of our people. But over time, control of this beautiful genre has slipped from our hands. Today, we have an opportunity to bring back R&B, reclaiming our music and empowering Black artists to create freely—without exploitation.
We are launching an initiative to pool our money together as a community to bring back R&B music, owned and operated by us, for us.
Why It Matters
R&B Was Ours: Our music has been taken and manipulated by those who didn’t have our best interests at heart. The giants of the past – like Motown, Aretha, Marvin, and Luther – came from a time when Black music was powerful, influential, and owned by us.
We Deserve Ownership: For too long, large corporate labels, many of which did not represent us, have profited from our creativity. Now is the time to take control of our music again.
Supporting Black Artists: We’re creating a platform where new and established R&B artists can own their music and thrive, with full control over their sound, their stories, and their future.
Our Vision
We are forming a Black-owned record label dedicated to reviving R&B and bringing back the soul of our community’s music. But we can’t do it alone. We need the support of our people, pooling our resources to build a movement that puts Black music back in the hands of Black people.
Why It Matters
Give Artists Ownership: Unlike traditional labels, we will not take ownership of our artists’ music. Instead, we will work together to promote, distribute, and share in the success of our artists.
Host R&B Concerts Nationwide: We will organize R&B concerts and events across the U.S., celebrating the return of our sound with packed venues and powerful performances.
Create a Platform: Our artists will be promoted on our dedicated R&B radio station, ensuring that our music is heard far and wide.
Our Mission
Our mission is to reclaim and revitalize R&B music for the Black community, acknowledging the painful truth that we have lost control of our musical heritage due to trust in a system that does not love us. For too long, 95% of R&B has been controlled by those outside our community, particularly by the Jewish community, who have systematically diminished our presence in the genre. Iconic Black artists have seen their music and style appropriated, with figures like Elvis Presley receiving undue credit for innovations born in our culture.
Content Curation
We are committed to creating a lasting legacy for R&B that cannot be erased by jealousy or prejudice. By establishing a label that is wholly owned and operated by Black people, we aim to revive the authentic sound of R&B and provide a platform where Black artists can thrive creatively and economically. Our label is dedicated to honoring the true pioneers of R&B, ensuring their contributions are recognized and celebrated, and empowering the next generation of artists to continue this rich tradition.

We believe in sharing the success. A portion of rental income or property appreciation is reinvested back into the community. This ensures economic equality and fosters sustainable growth within the community

This project is private, and for good reason. We’ve seen what happens when our communities succeed—efforts to destroy our progress, as seen in Black Wall Street, and the rolling back of protections like DEI and affirmative action. For the safety and security of our initiative, all members must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before learning the full details.

$25 Contribution: Have your name proudly listed on our website as a supporter of this movement. You’ll also receive exclusive email updates on our progress and early news on upcoming events and music releases.
$100 Contribution – Become an Owner: The first 10,000 people who contribute $100 will be recognized as owners of our new Black-owned R&B label. This includes:
A digital download of the first album released by our label.
Your name permanently listed as a founding partner on our website.
Voting rights on key decisions, including artist signings and concert planning.
A chance to be a part of exclusive virtual meetings with our label’s founders and artists.
Ownership stakes in future profits from music sales, concerts, and events.
$50 Contribution: Not quite ready to invest $100 yet? Contribute $50 now, and you’ll get your name on the supporter list and early access to our music. If you want to become an owner, you can still add the remaining $50 at a later date to reach the $100 total and enjoy full ownership benefits.
$250 Contribution – Founders Circle: Join us for a virtual listening party, where you’ll be one of the first to hear unreleased music from our artists. You’ll also be recognized as a Founders Circle member, with the same benefits as $100 owners, plus:

Important Notes About Ownership:
The first 10,000 contributors of $100 or more will receive ownership stakes in the label. If you contribute $50 now, you can still reach this owner level by contributing an additional $50 later, as long as spots remain.
After the 10,000 owners are secured, anyone who contributes at least $100 (in one or multiple installments) will still receive Founders Circle perks and digital downloads but will not receive an ownership stake unless they reach the threshold before it’s filled.
Everyone else can still contribute and support the cause by adding any amount to become part of the movement to bring back R&B, with access to perks and early access to music and events.

Our community has faced historical and ongoing threats when trying to succeed. This project is private to protect our investments from external forces like white supremacy and economic sabotage.
How do I participate?
You must attend a Zoom meeting, be on camera, provide ID, and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving further details.
